Pagadian can be reached from neighboring cities such as Zamboanga, Ozamiz, Iligan and Cagayan de Oro by bus. If you're from Manila or Cebu, Cebu Pacific will have direct flights to Pagadian starting 27 April 2010 from Cebu, 9 June 2010 from Manila (http://www.cebupacificair.com/aboutus/press/2010/02232010.html). The tricycles of the city became a trademark of Pagadian's culture because of its exaggerated height slightly compared to those in Zamboanga. This is designed for the city and neighboring municipalities because of its mountainous or hilly roads.
